⚙️How It Works
Message Monitoring
The app continuously monitors messages in your Slack channels, groups, and direct messages for urgent keywords such as "urgent", "khẩn cấp", "error", "@support", "help", etc.
Keyword Detection
When a message contains any of the configured urgent keywords, the app detects it and prepares to forward it to Google Chat.
Message Forwarding
The urgent message is formatted as a rich card and sent to your configured Google Chat space, including sender details and a direct link back to Slack.
⚙️Configuration
Required Setup
- Google Chat Webhook: You need a Google Chat webhook URL to receive forwarded messages
- Slack App Configuration: The app must be properly configured in Slack API settings
- Event Subscriptions: Slack events must be enabled and pointing to the correct endpoint
Customizable Keywords
You can customize the urgent keywords that trigger message forwarding.
Default keywords: "urgent", "khẩn cấp", "error", "@support", "help", etc.
