HapoPMO ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Slack application that forwards urgent messages from Slack to Google Chat.

2.1 Slack Workspace Information
- Workspace ID and name
- OAuth access tokens (stored securely and encrypted)
- Team/workspace domain information
2.2 Message Data
- Message content (only messages containing urgent keywords)
- Channel/group names and IDs
- User information (name, user ID) for message attribution
- Message timestamps and permalinks
2.3 What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not store full message history
- We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for the service
- We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- To authenticate and authorize access to your Slack workspace
- To monitor Slack messages for urgent keywords as configured
- To forward urgent messages to your designated Google Chat space
- To provide message attribution (sender name, channel, workspace)
- To generate permalinks back to Slack conversations
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Storage
We store the following data in our secure PostgreSQL database:
- OAuth access tokens (encrypted at rest)
- Workspace/team IDs and names
- Installation timestamps
4.2 Security Measures
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS
- Access tokens are encrypted in the database
- Database access is restricted and monitored
- Regular security audits and updates
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share data in the following circumstances:
- Google Chat: Urgent messages are forwarded to your configured Google Chat webhook URL
- Slack API: We use Slack's official API to read messages and retrieve user/channel information
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Uninstall the app from your Slack workspace at any time
- Request access to the data we have stored about your workspace
- Request deletion of your workspace data
- Contact us with privacy concerns or questions

7. Data Retention
We retain your workspace data (OAuth tokens, workspace information) for as long as the app is installed in your workspace. When you uninstall the app, we will delete all associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
